We want you to be completely satisfied with your Calioro purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

• Return Window: You can return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
• Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or any Calioro earrings and studs due to strict hygiene policies.
• Return Costs: If you are requesting a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
